Heather McCulloch brings together a rare blend of human development, business experience, operational leadership, and practical AI automation. She has worked across coaching, wellness, financial guidance, customer experience, and workflow design, giving her a strong understanding of both people and systems.

Heather’s strength is translating big ideas into clear, usable systems that support real growth. She is deeply interested in how technology, especially AI, can be used thoughtfully to scale digital businesses without losing the human connection that makes transformation possible.
Her work is grounded in clarity, thoughtful design, and practical execution. She helps ensure that The Connected Future is not just an inspiring idea, but a well-supported experience that members can trust, navigate, and grow through.
As Co-Founder and Operations Lead, Heather is helping build the foundation for a female-led learning and development platform that can scale with purpose, support meaningful personal growth, and create a lasting impact for career-minded women.

Jim Dryburgh
Co-Founder & Visionary
You may wonder why a mature male coach is part of a venture focused on helping career-minded women grow into their future. For Jim Dryburgh, the answer is both professional and deeply personal.
For decades, Jim has had the privilege of coaching exceptional leaders—both women and men—through business growth, leadership transitions, and personal reinvention. Along the way, he noticed a recurring pattern: many highly capable women were doing extraordinary work, yet still struggled to receive the recognition, advancement, and influence they had earned.
Supporting career women was also a passion of Jim’s late spouse. After her passing, Jim began working with a small group of ambitious, growth-minded women as a personal passion project. That work continued to grow and eventually became one of the inspirations for The Connected Future.
Jim brings years of coaching experience, proven intellectual property, and a future-focused perspective shaped by his work with CEOs and senior leaders through The Balanced WorkLife Company.
His work is influenced by future-focused learning communities and forums including Abundance 360, TED, Strategic Coach, and his own study of futures thinking. At The Connected Future, Jim serves as a strategic guide and catalyst—helping shape the frameworks, tools, and thinking that support women as they expand their leadership, confidence, and future possibilities.
He is especially excited to help support the emergence of a new generation of female leaders who are ready to be more intentional about who they are becoming and the future they are here to create.
