If you purchase a product or service directly from The Connected Future Company and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date.
1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email team@theconnectedfuture.com within 90 days of purchase and include:
your full name
the email address used at purchase
the date of purchase
a brief statement that you are requesting a refund
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for purchases made directly from us.
Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after the purchase date are not eligible.
We may deny refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or not made by the original purchaser.
3. Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless that is not reasonably possible.
Please allow a reasonable processing period after approval.
4. Effect of Refund
If a refund is issued, your access to the refunded product, program, materials, downloads, membership components, or digital services may be suspended or terminated.
5. Subscription or Recurring Charges
If an offering includes recurring billing, cancellation of future charges and refund of past charges are separate matters. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a refund applies only as described in this Refund Policy, and cancellation stops future billing only after the cancellation is processed.
