Thank you for your purchase and for joining the Leadership Circle for Career Women.

We’re delighted you’re here.

Your first step is to complete your assessment. This is an important part of the process because it gives you deeper insight into how you work, what drives you, and how you naturally show up in your professional life and leadership.

This is not information for information’s sake. It is the beginning of a clearer, more personal understanding of yourself — and a foundation for the work we will do together.

The assessment takes about 40–50 minutes to complete. For the best results, please do it in one sitting without interruptions.

A few suggestions before you begin:

  • Answer based on how you genuinely see yourself, not how you think you “should” respond

  • Do not overanalyze the questions

  • Trust your first instinct

  • Some questions may seem unusual — that is normal and part of the design

The assessment explores:

  • The motivations and interests that drive you

  • Your natural behavioral style and how you get things done

  • The gap, if any, between your natural style and the adapted style you are using in your current work environment

  • Emotional intelligence, including how you recognize and apply emotions in ways that support collaboration and effectiveness

After you complete the assessment, you will receive your personalized 60+ page report by email. That email will also include:

  • A guide to help you understand the report

  • A short set of preparation questions to complete before your debrief

This assessment will also become part of the foundation for building your Trusted Advisor, so it can begin learning how you think, work, and make decisions.

Once the assessment is complete, you will be taken to a page where you can book your 90-minute Zoom debrief and Trusted Advisor setup session.

After Assessment Completed Page/Book Trusted Advisor Debrief

Hi [First Name],

You’ve taken an important first step.

Your next step is to book your 90-minute debrief and Trusted Advisor setup session.

You now have a personalized foundation for understanding how you work, what drives you, and where your greatest opportunities for growth may be. Your debrief session will help you make sense of the most important insights and begin turning them into practical guidance you can carry forward through your Trusted Advisor.

During this Zoom call, we will:

  • Answer your questions about the assessment

  • Help you interpret the most important insights

  • Begin setting up your Trusted Advisor

Before we meet, please complete these 3 steps:

1. Review your assessment report

Read through your report and make note of any questions, surprises, or reactions you have. It is very common for people to notice a few words or phrases that do not feel quite right at first. If you talk through the report with a trusted colleague, friend, or partner, you may gain additional perspective.

2. Create a private folder for your materials

Create a new folder on your computer where you can keep your confidential materials together, including:

  • Your assessment report

  • Your answers to the preparation questions

  • Any notes you want to keep from this process

3. Complete the preparation questions

Please complete these questions before your session. Your answers help your Trusted Advisor understand more of your personal context so it can offer more relevant guidance.

You can copy these questions into a note or Word document, answer them, and save them into the private folder you created:

  1. What feels successful on the outside of your life right now, but less fully chosen on the inside?

  2. What responsibilities, expectations, or roles are taking more of your energy than you want them to?

  3. What are the 2–3 biggest decisions, transitions, or tensions you are currently carrying?

  4. What are you optimizing for right now: achievement, approval, security, freedom, impact, belonging, or something else?

  5. What would your wiser future self most want you to understand, change, protect, or claim right now?

  6. What else would you like your Trusted Advisor and future self to know about you?

Technology preparation

Please make sure you have access to a ChatGPT account. If you will be using ChatGPT, choose the account and privacy settings that fit your comfort level for confidential work. We recommend a paid account for more control over how your data is treated.

This process is more than just an assessment. It is the beginning of a deeper understanding of yourself, with support to help you apply what you learn in a practical and useful way.

We’re also excited for you to be stepping into this experience as part of the Leadership Circle. You’re joining a thoughtful process designed to help you grow with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
